Shanghai Dry Gin
Mandarin Gin is permeated by a rich mandarin aroma. It is characterised by distinct, sweet and refreshing citrus notes.
The same 18 botanicals used in Signature Gin, plus a striking amount of citrus peel for added depth of flavour, are distilled for the Mandarin Edition.
The Shanghai Dry Gin Mandarin Edition is produced at the Porcelain Distillery in Tieling, a family-run distillery in Liaoning Province, China. Porcelain Gin brings rich Chinese craftsmanship and elegance to the world of craft gin. It is carefully handmade from the highest quality ingredients and continuously distilled in small batches (500 litres) in a hybrid distillation plant.
The Definition of Shanghai Dry Gin
The Shanghai Dry Gin is derived from the well-known definition of a London Dry Gin.
A Shanghai Dry Gin must contain at least 90% botanicals originating in China. The product must not be artificially sweetened. All herbal flavours in a Shanghai Dry Gin must be obtained by distillation.
Ingredients
Cardamom, coriander seeds, lemongrass, goji berries, hazelnuts, almonds, grapefruit, lemons, mandarins, orange peel, cinnamon, ginger, Sichuan pepper, Mongolian wild juniper berries, rosebuds and a few other secret ingredients.
No sweeteners. All flavours come from natural ingredients and are obtained by distillation.

Each individual ceramic bottle with twist cap is handmade and is therefore unique.
