Palate: On the palate, a robust note of sea salt and smoke emerges, reminiscent of the full-bodied flavour of fatty, smoked mackerel. This is complemented by a blend of coarsely ground black pepper and spices, with cinnamon, cloves, and ground coriander harmoniously merging together. As the initial flavours unfold, a delightful fruitiness emerges in the finish – juicy peach and ripe grapefruit create a refreshing contrast that lingers on the palate.
