Descripziun
A circle of 10 swiss Epicureans created the recipefor this unique bottling on november 27th 2019. A blending session was held at the pot still bar in basel. Hosted by Douglas Laing with the dedicated support of Claudio Bernasconi, Founder of Switzerland's famous whisky bar, "The Devil's Place", in St.Moritz. The talented Group comprised Whisky enthusiasts Lars Belke, Marc Born Stephan Keultjes, Andreas Salim, Tobias Sturzenegger and famed mixologists Georg haeussler, Daniel Mumenthaler, Marco Panhofer, Christoph Stamm and Norbu Tsering. The Group voted for their prefered recipe; a unique marriage of Lowland single cask single maltcreated by Christoph "Chutz" Stamm, co-founder of Angels' Share Basel, voted Best Bar of Switzerland at BarConvent Berlin 2019. His perfectly balanced, fresh and Zesty creation is bottled at cask strength and proudly offered without colouring or chill-filtration.
